Most boilers should last around 15 to 20 years with the right maintenance and servicing. Even an older boiler that has been well looked after will provide reliable heating and hot water and will be more efficient than an unserviced boiler.

What will happen during my boiler service?
Most boiler manufacturers recommend that your boiler is checked around once per year, however we will come and check your boiler any time you need us. This service should cover a range of standard checks including:
- Does the boiler fire up correctly?
- Are all the components including the burner, the heat exchanger and the spark electrode working correctly?
- Are the internal and external flues correctly sealed?
- Does any part of the boiler need cleaning or repair?
- Are there any gas leaks?
- Is the boiler casing fully sealed?
If we find any faults, we will give you a recommendation for repair or replacement along with a clear and transparent quote for the required work.
Do you issue Landlords Gas Safety Certificates?
Yes, we do! Gas Safety Certificates are a legal requirement for all landlords and must be issued by qualified and Gas Safe registered engineers.
